And that caused me to lost touch with what my body really needed.

But, it wasn’t just about the food; this rollercoaster was affecting my happiness, how I saw myself, and my whole outlook on life. I finally got tired of the yo-yo dieting and went back to the basics by looking at how our bodies and brains actually drive our eating habits. That’s when I stumbled upon the Reticular Activating System (RAS) and I never looked back.

Now, after sustaining a 65-pound weight loss for five years, I’m here to help you go beyond the typical diet advice and get back to what’s really going on in your brain!
