And no, I don’t mean with a partner or spouse (well maybe, but we can talk about that later). What you need is a different relationship with food, your body, and your habits. And I can give you that!

Progress doesn’t come from doing it all because you physically can’t do it all, and that’s okay! You’re supposed to struggle, you can’t build resilience without it. And you deserve to feel the confidence and success that grows within challenges.
